Whitney Trujillo
I execute. The numbers
compound after.
I'm an AI-native operator who spent nine years building the infrastructure other people's launches run on — first at Amazon, then Dropbox, then two stints at Coinbase. Before any of that, I was a D1 pole vaulter at Purdue, which is where I learned that technique beats effort, and effort without technique gets you hurt.
I hold a patent-pending invention, run my HOA as president, and treat every process I touch as a system to be measured, automated, and shipped — not managed. This page is the long version of my résumé. The numbers are the short version, and they're all real.
Operating principles
I'd rather ship a rough version ten times than polish one version to death. Reps compound. Polish stalls.
If I can't measure it, I don't claim it. Every launch, every process, every decision gets a number attached before I move on.
Momentum is a discipline, not a mood. I break every initiative into shippable weekly units — no quarter-long black boxes.
I don't bolt AI onto a workflow for the demo. I use it to delete steps — 1,600+ resolutions a month now run without a human because I built it that way.
Four years of D1 pole vault taught me technique beats effort, and effort without technique gets you hurt. Same is true in ops.
I run the meeting, not attend it. Stakeholder alignment is a deliverable I produce, not a hope I have.
The job isn't done when I fix the problem. It's done when the fix runs without me — playbooks, specs, and tooling that outlast my Slack handle.

Beyond the 9-5
FlexTowel
Invented, patent-pending, self-launched. I took a multifunctional household towel from concept to production and branding on my own timeline — same instincts I bring to every launch.
HOA President
I run my community's governance and operations the way I run a launch — full-stack website, CMS, payments, and an AI chatbot to cut resident friction.
Web3 since 2017
Nine-plus years inside crypto and NFT communities, well before it was a job title on my résumé. I understand this space because I've lived in it, not because I read the whitepapers once.
Yoga & Community
Certified yoga instructor. I use the same discipline that got me through D1 vault practices to stay sharp off the clock — and to give back to the community I lead.
