Scoping the support requirements and gathering resources for stakeholders to execute on a launch was time-consuming and lacked the depth needed for them to quickly hit the ground running.
What I Did
I built a protocol for product support launches and implemented a custom GPT to streamline the process. The GPT allowed me to reduce planning hours from ~12 hours per launch to just 2, by enabling me to quickly generate high-quality resources and documentation for stakeholder groups — without excessive time spent reviewing PRDs or conducting additional research.
