Built a full-stack HOA website with a CMS, payments, and an AI chatbot — replacing spreadsheets and email chains with one system homeowners actually use.
Context
As HOA president, I inherited a community with no real tooling — no way to communicate updates, collect payments, or answer resident questions without a phone tree. That inefficiency fell on residents and the board equally.
Approach
Designed and built a full-stack HOA website from the ground up as the community's central hub.
Integrated a CMS so updates and newsletters ship without a developer in the loop.
Added payment processing so dues collection stopped depending on checks and reminders.
Implemented an AI-powered chatbot to answer the recurring questions before they hit my inbox.
Owned the project as both product owner and sole builder — no outside agency.
