Challenge
Building a decentralized exchange (DEX) that made crypto investing approachable for novices while remaining competitive in a crowded, advanced-user-driven market.
What I Did
I served as both product strategist and UX/UI designer. I designed the full user experience and interface, conducted competitive analysis to identify market fit and position VALA effectively against competitors, and created the Jira board that enabled engineers to execute quickly on an MVP.
I partnered closely with engineering to maintain momentum while keeping the focus on usability and differentiation.
Outcome
